Marketing authorisation indication

Seladelpar (Livdelzi, Gilead) is indicated for 'the treatment of primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), including pruritus, in adults in combination with ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) who have an inadequate response to UDCA alone, or as monotherapy in those unable to tolerate UDCA'.
