Timeline
Key events during the development of the guidance:
Date | Update |
---|---|
08 January 2024 | Please note this appraisal has now been discontinued. |
23 September 2019 | Assessment report sent for information |
05 September 2019 | In 2016 we started a review of TA1 - Guidance on the Extraction of Wisdom Teeth, however the appraisal was put on hold in 2017 and the scheduled committee meetings were cancelled. Liverpool Reviews and Implementation Group, the Assessment Group for this appraisal, have produced an Assessment Report which will be sent to stakeholders for consultation in the week commencing 9 September 2019. We are currently unable to set committee meeting dates as the outcome of the Assessment Report consultation will allow us to ascertain how this topic should formally progress. |
06 April 2017 | We have had to look at prioritising the topics within the work programme, given the high volume of topics we are being asked to appraise. This means that review topics have been deprioritised, including this one. Therefore, the committee meeting discussion scheduled for April 2017 has been cancelled. We are in the process of considering the next steps for this technology appraisal and will provide an update in due course. |
13 October 2016 | We have rescheduled the first committee meeting to 26 April 2017. Accordingly, the timelines for consultation on the assessment report have also changed, and this will be sent out in early March 2017 . |
23 February 2016 | Invitation to participate |
19 November 2015 | Draft scope documents |
