Key question: caring
We have mapped our guidelines to the CQC's single assessment framework. It sets out quality statements which providers should uphold under the 5 key questions of safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
The CQC's 'caring' question, one of the 5 key questions they ask of all care services, assesses whether staff involve and treat people with compassion, kindness, dignity, and respect.
We always treat people with kindness, empathy and compassion and we respect their privacy and dignity. We treat colleagues from other organisations with kindness and respect.
